No two people are exactly the same...I am different from my classmates because I have different beliefs, morals, and values. Throughout my life I have been faced with many challenges. By overcoming these challenges, I have built a strong sense of self and I have learned to appreciate things alot more. I basically have the same goals as my classmates considering that we're all working towards the Education field. It's tough!! There are many things that are involved that I have never even considered before. Teaching is a wonderful thing but I am learning so much about the "behind the scenes" activity. I plan to teach 1st or 2nd grade- specifically because I want to be part of a childs life when they learn how to read. I enjoy reading and my favorite teachers throughout my school years were my 1st and 2nd grade teachers. Knowing that I can teach children the gift of reading makes everyday a blessing and even though at times it can be hard, knowing that I made an impact in a childs life makes it all worth while.
